Receiving a notification from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) regarding conduct can understandably be a source of stress and uncertainty for any healthcare professional.

Rachel,  a member of the NPAA Victoria branch, found herself in that very position, needing to respond to an AHPRA notification that raised concerns about her conduct.

Unsure of how to respond, Rachel contacted NPAA for assistance.

Paying careful attention to detail Rachel’s assigned case manager wrote a draft response. After careful review, AHPRA determined that no further action was required.

How is the NPAA so effective in defending members during workplace issues and disputes? Our experienced and professional case managers use our unique RED™ case resolution system.

Why is the NPAA different? We believe that real change in healthcare STARTS with empowering frontline nurses, not bureaucrats.
