Grad-Friendly Nursing Opportunities – Expression of Interest

Are you finishing your nursing studies or recently graduated and finding it difficult to secure a job?
You’re not alone — and we’re building something to help.

In early 2026, Red Union Support Hub will be launching a new platform designed to connect
graduate nurses with “grad-friendly” workplaces
across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.
These are employers who understand that new nurses may not have prior experience and are ready to
provide supportive, entry-level opportunities to help you start your career.

The platform will highlight opportunities outside the
traditional hospital graduate programs — including:
🏥 GP and primary care clinics
💉 Day procedure and specialist centres
🏡 Aged care and community nursing roles
🩺 Private and allied health settings

Right now, we’re collecting expressions of interest from graduating and recently
graduated nurses who’d like to be contacted once the platform launches.

By registering, you’ll be among the first to hear about:
New “grad-friendly” roles as they become available
Employers actively looking for newly registered nurses
Resources and guidance to help you transition into the workforce

📋 Complete the form below to register your interest.

The Nurses' Professional Association of Australia (NPAA) is an industrial association whose principal purpose is to protect and promote the interests of members in matters concerning their employment or professional engagement. No membership fees are used to support any political party (including the ALP), so we are able to source and/or provide representation for all members, on all issues, better than our competitors. RUSH subscribers are joined to both NPAA, and their relevant State-based professional association upon subscribing.
